ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A. RAHUL, Advocate for the petitioners in all petitions, the court made the following order:- The learned Presiding Officer (FAC), Labour Court, Thanjavur @ Kumbakonam has sent a letter requesting extension of a further time to dispose of the civil cases in I.D.Nos.14, 15, 109, 110 & 111 of 2018, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 14.07.2022.

3. The reasons stated in the letter dated 27.04.2023 is accepted and a further period of three months time is granted, to comply with the direction of this Court, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
