ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act, in Crime No.125 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous motive, the petitioner abused the defacto complainant in filthy language and also attacked him in the public place. Therefore, the present case came to be registered.
3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police. 4.On perusal of records, it shows that the specific allegation that has been made against the petitioner.

CRL OP(MD). No.14516 of 2022 5.Considering the seriousness and gravity of the offence alleged against the petitioner and also the fact that investigation is pending, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6.In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The petitioner shall surrender before the respondent police and thereafter seek regular bail.
