The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to call for the entire records connected with the detention order of the second respondent in Detention Order in No.35/BCDFGISSSV/2024 dated 24.06.2024 and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce body or person of petitioner's son, namely, Sivaperumal @ Ganguli, Male, aged 24 years, S/o.Lakshmanan (now detained at Palayamkottai Central Prison, Tirunelveli) before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of G.O.Rt.No.5196, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIV) Department, dated 31.07.2024, would state that the impugned detention order has been revoked by the Government. 2/4

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication. This Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
