[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 16.06.2023, made in W.P.(MD) No.12445 of 2023.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 furnished a copy of the order dated 21.07.2023, passed in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No. 14548 of 2023, by the Honourable Supreme Court, wherein the Apex Court has passed an interim order not to dispossess the members of Kovilpati Vattara Motham Matrum Sillarai Viyaparikal Matrum Kaikani Urpathiyalarkal Nala Sangam.
3. Since the matter is sub judiced by the Apex Court, this contempt petition is closed. After the disposal of the above special leave petition, if necessary, it is open to the petitioner to file re-open petition. [S.M.S., J.] [L.V.G., J.] 16.10.2023 NCC :
