ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry without following the due process of law.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was undertaken in C.No.13449 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, it was found that it is a civil dispute between the parties. Both the parties have appeared before the Enquiry Officer and gave a statement that they would resolve the dispute through proper civil proceedings. Based upon which the complaint has been closed on 18.10.2021. 3.Since the complaint has been closed by advising the parties to workout through proper civil proceedings, harassment at the hands of second respondent may not exists. The prayer sought for in this petition become infructuous.
