VAKEESWARAN.C, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8992 of 2023 on 18.05.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8992 of 2023 is fully relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
