This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission and protection to conduct the live music and band music programme on 22.08.2019 at 06.00 p.m., to 23.08.2019 till 11.00 a.m., in the festival of Kodai Camping Music Festival in Kukkal Village, Kodaiakanal, Dindigul District.
2. Heard both sides.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct the live music and band music programme from 22.08.2019 at 06.00 p.m., to 23.08.2019 till 11.00 a.m., in the above said festival, the petitioner made a representation on 08.08.2019 to the respondents and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 08.08.2019 has already been considered and permission as such sought for by the petitioner to conduct live music and band music programme has been granted to the petitioner.
5. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, no further adjudication is required in this petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
