ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition no.7(c) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.9199 of 2025 dated 19.06.2025 in connection with the Crime No.446 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition, the condition no.7(c) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.9199 of 2025 dated 19.06.2025, is hereby modified as follows:- "the petitioner is directed to report before the Inspector of Police, Nagapattinam Town Police Station, Nagapattinam District daily twice at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m. until further orders."
