O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.18 of 2022 on the file of the third respondent Police and entrust the same to any other Competent Officer for fair and free investigation.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that during the pendency of this petition, investigation was completed and the charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.33 of 2023.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
