O R D E R

The revision petitioner is the plaintiff, who challenges the status of her marriage with the respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the revision petitioner is the 3rd year medical student and since her status has been questioned, she wants early disposal of the suit.

3. The case is a recent one and this Court is not aware about the pendency before the learned Principal District Munsif. However, this Court also has to appreciate the urgency involved in this case, given the nature of the suit.

4. Therefore, the petitioner is now directed to approach the trial court advancing the urgency involved and once done, the trial judge may take a reasonable view of the matter and try to accommodate the present case and dispose of the case.

5. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
