Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. DHILIPAN PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to comply with the condition prescribed in the order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.11015 of 2023 dated 21.06.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. since the petitioner is unable to execute sureties within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.

3.
