ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 26.09.2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

3.According to the petitioner, though the respondents have disbursed grant in aid to the similarly placed schools like that of the petitioner school as per G.O.Ms.No.340, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

01.04.1992, the same yardstick has not been followed to the petitioner school. Therefore, the petitioner's school submitted a representation before the first respondent on 26.09.2015. Since no order has been passed, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits and contentions raised by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 26.09.2015 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
