ORDER

After some elaborate arguments, the petitioner confines his prayer only to a limited extent that since he was called for enquiry on 19.10.2015 and he was also participated in the enquiry, no final order has been passed so far in the said proceedings, the said proceedings may be directed to be disposed within a stipulated period. 2.In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to dispose of the said enquiry proceedings and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the parties concerned within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
