ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based upon the complaint given by the first petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.669/2021 and during the course of enquiry, he has stated that the third respondent herein is harassing and compelled him to pay the money, which was borrowed by his sister. He has also given an undertaking to the effect that the third respondent undertook to get the money from his sister and the statement was also accepted by the petitioners. On that basis, it was closed on 31.07.2021.

3. Since the enquiry has been closed on the basis of the undertaking given by the third respondent herein, nothing survives for consideration or direction and the question of harassment may https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as infructuous accordingly.
