ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2. 2.The petitioner had guaranteed a loan availed by one Jeyachithra from the third respondent. The petitioner has to suffer the consequences for having signed as a guarantor. I do not find any ground to interfere with the impugned communication. The writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
