O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to grant Educational Loan of Rs. 8,97,000/- to the studies of his son, namely, J. Dhinesh Raj, forthwith for pursuing his B.Sc. Nautical Science Degree Course within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court based on his representations dated 30.11.2015 & 22.12.2015.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent bank stated that even though an intimation was made on 28.01.2016 calling upon the petitioner to process the loan application, he has not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

approached. Whereas, it has been stated by the petitioner that already he has approached the respondent bank. 3.In view of the statement of the learned counsel for the respondent bank, the petitioner will approach the respondent bank within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such appearance, the loan application of the petitioner will be processed within a period of three weeks thereafter.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
