KALYAN.N, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to exempt the petitioner from surrender in preferring the revision petition filed against the judgment passed in C.A.No.147 of 2023 on the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Court, Thanjavur @ Pattukottai dated 10.04.2024 confirming the order passed in S.T.C.No.21 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court (FTC), Pattukottai dated 11.05.2023 pending disposal of the Criminal Revision Case.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition as well as in the memorandum of grounds raised in this petition, this petition is allowed.
