Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PALPANDI V, Advocate for the petitioners and M/S.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11638 of 2021, dated 26.08.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have complied the condition from 14.09.2021 to 07.10.2021, without fail.

3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

4. Since the petitioners have complied the condition without fail, the condition is fully relaxed.
