This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to quash FIR in Crime No.151 of 2019 1/4

registered against the petitioner for the offence under Section 341, 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on going through the records had submitted that the police have completed the investigation on 27.11.2019 and that he has shown a copy of a charge sheet to the Court.

3. Considering the circumstances, this petition is disposed of, directing the respondent police to file a charge sheet within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 24.07.2023 NCC :
