This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent, allowing the application filed by the third respondent seeking cancellation of patta issued in the name of the petitioner.

2. Heard the arguments of Mr.R.Balakrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.S.Nedunchezian, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. Against the impugned order passed by the first respondent, the petitioner has got remedy of revision before the District Revenue Officer under Section 14 of the Tamil Nadu Patta Pass Book Act, 1983. The copy of the impugned order was also marked to the petitioner. In such circumstances, there is no violation of principles of natural justice. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition. 2/4
