This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned termination order passed by the first respondent and for a direction to the first respondent to disburse the arrears of salary and other benefits of the petitioner to the tune of Rs.24,70,894/-. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that in the light of the decision rendered by the Full Bench of this Court in the case of K.Marappan-Vs-The Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Namakkal, reported in 2006 (4) CTC 689, wherein it is held that no writ petition is maintainable as against the order passed by the Co-operative Societies, the present https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No. 17735 of 2021 Writ Petition is not maintainable.

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner, to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum, if it is permissible under law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
