By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2.The limited prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the Mercy Petition dated 05.07.2022, as against the order of punishment of stoppage of increment for three years period. 3.The learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions from the respondents, submitted that the Mercy Petition is pending before the first respondent, which would be disposed of shortly. 4.In the light of the submission made, there shall be a direction to the first respondent herein to dispose of the petitioner's Mercy Petition dated 05.07.2022, 2/4
