Prayer in CRL OP(MD). 9763/ 2021 :- This Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, Praying this Court to direct the learned I Additional District and Session Judge (PCR)Court,Thanjavur to accept the surrender of the Petitioners and consider the Petitioners bail application and grant bail on the same date of surrender itself in Cr.No.626 of 2021.

ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order dated 22/07/2021 and 17/08/2021 petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. Mr.B.Arun, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.RMS.Sethuraman, Government Advocate for the respondentS, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to extend the time for surrender fixed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9763 of 2021, dated 22.07.2021.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learn Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that alrea vide order dated 17.08.2021 in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.5948 of 2021, the ti was extended for a period of fifteen days.

4.However, considering the reasons stated in the petition, the ti for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court is extend by 15 days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
