This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8793 of 2023 on 17.05.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition imposed by this Court regularly. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions.

4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8793 of 2023 on 17.05.2023 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in a month I.e.
