ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the detenu has already been produced before the Judicial Magistrate, No.I, Karur and in view of the same nothing survives in this Habeas Corpus Petition and hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Habeas Corpus Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the submission and endorsement made, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
