O R D E R

The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to provide police protection to the petitioner for fencing his property in Survey No.77/28A of Kongar Puliangulam Village, Tirumangalam Circle, Madurai.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would contend that though the petitioner submitted his representation, dated 05.12.2020, did not appear before the concerned police for enquiry and the police after hearing the private respondents, closed the said petition. 3.The contention of Mr.M.Sureshkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is that the petitioner is ready to appear before the concerned police.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14516 of 2020 file another representation before the concerned police within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order and thereafter, the second respondent shall issue summons to the petitioner for his appearance within a period of four weeks. After enquiring the petitioner and the private respondents, the second respondent shall pass appropriate orders based on findings and on merits and in accordance with law. 5.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
