O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.01.2015, for issuance of patta.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. The case of the petitioner is that he has submitted an application/representation dated 02.01.2015 to the first respondent, for issuance of Patta. Since the said representation has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer.

4. It is seen that the representation of the petitioner is of the year 2015 and the fate of the said representation is not known. However, considering the facts and circumstance of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

case and also taking into account the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the respondents, more particularly the first respondent to consider the application/representation of the petitioner dated 02.01.2015 and pass suitable orders thereon, if not already passed, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as other interested parties, if any.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
