ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Court, by an order dated 26.08.2019 in Crl.O.P(MD)No. 11643 of 2019, had directed the Sub Court, Vedasandur to complete the case No. S.C.No.53 of 2013, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
2.Since COVID-19 Pandemic situation and also the continuous lockdown, the Court below was not able to dispose the case within a time frame as directed by this Court. Hence, the learned Sub-Judge, Vedasandur, has sent a requisition letter dated 16.07.2020 to extend the time to complete the trial.
3. Considering the above, time is extended for a further period of three months.
