ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.35 of 2018 dated 09.03.2018 and proceed with the same as per law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.35 of 2018 which was registered for the offences punishable under Section 294(b) and 323 of IPC. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that even after lapse of three years, the investigation has not been completed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent would submit that within 3 months, investigation will be completed and the final report will be filed before the concerned court. 4.Recording the submission and accepting the request made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of 3 (three) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After filing final report before the concerned court, compliance report must be submitted to the Registry.
