ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No. 353 of 2017, on the file of the respondent.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police may be directed to file final report in Crime No. 353 of 2017, for the offences under Sections 147, 2949b), 324, 447 and 506(2) IPC 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an FIR in crime No. 353 of 2017 had been registered, for the offences under Sections 147, 2949b), 324, 447 and 506(2) IPC. After investigation, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Trichy and the same is yet to be taken on file. 2/4

4.Recording the same, this criminal original petition stands closed.
