To relax the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the concerned Court daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, till the disposal of the appeal in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7771 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.680 of 2025, dated 18.11.2025 in Spl.C.C.No.64 of 2014 on the file of the learned Special Court for trial of cases under Prevention of Corruption Act, Sivagangai, dated 26.05.2025 in Crime No.5 of 2009 on the file of the respondent Police.

ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7771 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.680 of 2025, dated 18.11.2025.

2. The learned Counsel for the State appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. In view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court, on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal. 25-06-2026 mbi To 1.The Special Judge, Special Court for trial of Cases under Prevention of Corruption Act, Sivagangai.
