ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to direct the respondents to produce the person or body of the petitioner's son namely Srinivas Mishra, S/o.Madhusoodhanan Srinivasa Mishra, aged about 10 years before this Court and hand over the custody.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's son who had come for vacation to his parents house had gone to take bath in Kollidam River and unfortunately he got into quicksand and got drowned. He would further submit that the body of the boy has been recovered and handed over to his parents.
