Koodankulam Village, Govinthamangalam Group, R.S.Mangalam Taluk, Ramanathapuram District and consequently, direct the third respondent to provide adequate police protection at the time of conducting survey by the respondents 1 and 2, by considering the challan paid by the petitioner on 31.05.2023 and based on the petitioner's representation dated 31.05.2023 within stipulated time fixed by this Court. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition on the ground that his application dated 31.05.2023 for survey has not been considered by the respondent Department.

2. Today, when this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Official respondents, on instructions, submits that the petitioner's land would be surveyed within a period of 15 days.
