ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to instruct the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner and her husband namely Sannasi under the guise of enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 04.07.2023 within a time frame. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner's husband was an accused in a murder case and he failed to appear before the trial Court. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant was issued and for execution of the same, the third respondent Police went to the house of the petitioner. He further submits that the case against the husband of the petitioner is already over and he has been acquitted. 3.In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
