*********** [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner seeks removal of the encroachment said to have been made by the third and fourth respondents in the public pathway in S.F.No.738/2 &738/4 of Esanatham Village, Aravakurichi Taluk, Karur District. The writ petitioner has already given a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation in this regard. The last one was given on 19.10.2015. The Revenue Divisional Officer is also issued memos dated 22.09.2015 and 24.10.2015 in this regard. 2.The second respondent is directed to enquire into the matter. If any encroachment is noticed, he shall take action to remove the same after issuing notice to the affected parties and after following the statutory procedure. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
