O R D E R

Heard Mr.K.S.Duraipandian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.20140/AR2/2024 dated 26.06.2024 and the proceedings of second respondent in Me.Ku.Na.Ka.No.2894/A/2024 dated 05.07.2024 and that of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.2667/A/2024 dated 05.07.2024.

3. The petitioner has challenged the order of the first respondent dated 26.06.2024 through which, she has been transferred from the Office of the Assistant Director to the Office of the Regional Joint Director. The reasons stated in the transfer order is due to administrative reasons. 2/5

4. Mr.K.S.Duraipandian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the above transfer is malicious one and it was issued due to some misunderstanding between the petitioner and the third respondent.

5. If for any administrative reasons, an order is passed and that too by changing the seat of the petitioner from one office to another office within the same station, there cannot be any grievance for the petitioner. None of the Government staffs can claim entitlement to a particular seat and there may be grievances if they happened to be transferred from one station to another station.

6. From the submissions made by Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, it is learnt that the office of the Assistant Director and the office of the Regional Joint Director is situated in one and the same campus. In such circumstances, I do not find any reason for interference in the orders passed by the respondents.

7. In view of the above stated reasons, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
