ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey the property situated in Survey No.191/2A2 with an extent of 0.44.80 hectare in Kidaripatti Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District, by considering his online application dated 08.04.2025 in application No. 2025/0123/24/014206.

2. Heard the arguments of Mr.S.Ayyanar Prem Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. According to the petitioner, he purchased the subject property under registered sale deed dated 09.10.2024. The petitioner submitted an online application dated 08.04.2025 seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that patta for the subject property stands in the name of the vendor of the petitioner. The online application submitted by the petitioner dated 08.04.2025 will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 08.04.2025 in application No.2025/ 0123/24/014206 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and other interested parties.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
