Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks issuance of legal heir certificate following the demise of his father Chinnaiah. The petitioner has given a representation on 01.08.2022.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader states that the online application will have to be submitted.

4. In response to the said submission, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submitted that he will have some difficulty in submitting the online application. In this case, the petitioner is not possessed with all the relevant documents. Unless the Aadhar card number of the other legal heirs is enclosed, the software will not even accept the petitioner's application.

5. Taking note of the difficulties projected by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I direct the respondent to enquire into the petitioner's representation and 2/4
