ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 not to mutate the revenue records with respect to the subject property in the name of the fourth respondent, by considering the representation made by the petitioner on 28.10.2020.

2. Heard Mr.S.Manohar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.A.K.Manikkam, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.K.Guhan, learned counsel for the fourth respondent.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent is now pending before this Court in A.S. (MD)Nos.53 of 2015 and 57 of 2018.

4. In view of the same, the third respondent shall await for the final result in the appeals and thereafter proceed to mutate the revenue records in favour of the person, who succeeds in the appeals.

5. This Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. NCC : Yes/No 06.10.2023 Index : Yes/No 2/4
