ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey his property situated in Survey No.382/19, Kallimanthayam Village, Kallimanthayam Sub Registrar Office, Palani Registration District, Ottanchatiram Taluk, Dindigul District, by considering his representation dated 10.06.2025.

2.Heard the arguments of Mr.K.Muraleedharan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.D.S.Nedunchezian, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.According to the petitioner, he purchased the subject property under a sale deed dated 28.07.2021. The patta for the said property stands in the name of the petitioner in Patta No.4874. He submitted an

online application seeking survey of the property on 10.06.2025 in Application No.2025/0123/13/012845. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court. 4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit the application of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

5. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 10.06.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
