O R D E R
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioners for early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.64 of 2019 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Usilampatti, Madurai District.
2. Since this Civil Revision Petition filed by the petitioners is only for early disposal of the suit, the notice for the respondents is not required and is therefore dispensed with.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the above suit in O.S.No.64 of 2019 was filed by the petitioners for declaration and permanent injunction, in which, three Interlocutory Applications in I.A.Nos. 196, 197 & 198 of 2019 were filed for interim injunction which are pending for several years without any progress and therefore, the finality could not be reached in the suit. It is submitted that though the arguments were heard in all the three Interlocutory Applications on 22.03.2022 and supporting documents were marked as Ex.A1 to A15, the Trial Court failed to pass any orders in the Interlocutory Applications for more than a year and therefore, the petitioners were constrained to approach this Court for speedy disposal of the suit.
