Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records in pursuant to the impugned notice issued by the third respondent in Tho.Va. 02/2024-25 (Na.Ka.No.2783/2024/Sa.Pa) dated 18.10.2024 and quash the same as illegal.

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned notice, dated 18.10.2024 issued by the third respondent.

2. The petitioner is a co-delinquent in the impugned Show cause notice bearing jt.02/2024(e.f.vz;.2783/2024/rg). One of the delinquents had filed writ petition in W.P(MD)No.17864 of 2025. This Court vide order dated 02.07.2025 in WP(MD)No.17864 of 2025 passed a detailed order stating that the petitioner therein cannot challenge the show cause notice on the ground that the second respondent therein is not competent to issue notice under Section 87 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983. 2/5

3. Although the other delinquent in WP(MD)No.436 of 2025 has obtained an interim order, in view of the dismissal of the writ petition under identical situation arising out of the impugned show cause notice in WP(MD)No.17864 of 2025 on 02.07.2025, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed.
