ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Musiri, to expedite the trial process in C.C.No.102 of 2021 and complete the same, within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner is the sole accused before the trial Court, which is registered for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) I.P.C. Now, the grievance of the petitioner is that because of the pendency of the criminal proceedings, compassionate ground appointment is not yet granted to the petitioner. So, on that ground, he seeks direction.

3. Considering the grievance of the petitioner, there shall ba a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Musiri, to expedite the trial in C.C.No.102 of 2021 and conclude the same within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After completing the process, compliance report shall be sent to the Registry.
