(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The writ petitioner seeks removal of the encroachment made in the land behind T.S.No.29 of Paramakudi Municipality. He gave a representation dated 03.05.2015 in this regard. Since no action was taken, this writ petition has been filed. 2.We direct the Tahsildar, Paramakudi Taluk, to take action in the matter and remove the encroachments in question after giving notice to the encroachers and by following due process of law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.This Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
