ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to conduct survey of his property situated in Survey No.216/121 (in the prayer portion survey number is wrongly mentioned), at Kumaramangalam Village, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukottai District, within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. According to the petitioner, he purchased the subject property in Survey No.216/121 under sale deed dated 27.02.2025 from one Amutha. The patta for the subject property issued in the name of the petitioner in patta No.7067. The petitioner submitted online application on 30.04.2025 in application No.2025/0123/22/009112, seeking survey of the property. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come up with this writ petition.
3. Learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered on its own merits.
4. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 3 and 4 are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 30.04.2025 and pass final order on its own merits within a period of eight weeks after issuing notice to the petitioner, the fifth respondent and other interested parties.
5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
