This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents No.1 to 5 to give transit pass to the petitioner to transport and deliver the sand through tractor by considering the petitioner's representation dated 30.01.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.01.2016 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
