This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to comply with the condition prescribed in the order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7356 of 2023 dated 20.04.2023.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties, since the petitioners are unable to execute sureties within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.
3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7356 of 2023 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
