ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent No.3 to issue separate patta belongs to the petitioner's land bearing Survey No.322/1B total extent of 0.50.5 Ares situated in Vallrenthal Village, Thiruppuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District in pursuant to the proceedings of the 4th respondent in K.K.jh.g.kh.vz; ..499/98-99 dated 30/04/1999 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 29/07/2019. 1/3

2.Heard Mr.K.A.S.Prabhu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Kannithevan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.In order to give separate patta in respect of the petitioner's property in Survey No.322/1B total extent of 0.50.5 Ares situated in Vallrenthal Village, Thiruppuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents separately on 29.07.2019. In this regard, orders have to be passed by the Tahsildar concerned i.e., 3rd respondent herein. Hence, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that, if the said representation is decided by the 3rd respondent on merits, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court, the petitioner would be satisfied.

4.I have heard the learned Additional Government Pleader, who would submit that, the said representation of the petitioner dated 29.07.2019 would be decided by the 3rd respondent on merits within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

5.Having regard to the said submissions made by both sides, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition, with the consent of both the parties, at the stage of admission itself, with the following direction:

"The 3rd respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.07.2019 and pass orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." 6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
