Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to give NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE to the petitioner based upon the petitioner's representation dated 21.01.2016 within a time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to give No Objection Certificate to the petitioner based upon the petitioner's representation dated 21.01.2016 within a time stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent. 3.
The petitioner, who is presently working in Velliveethiyar Girls Corporation Higher Secondary School, Madurai, belongs to Tuticorin wherein her husband and two children are https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
living. Due to the long distance from Tuticorin to Madurai, the petitioner is unable to maintain her family and therefore, she has given an application on 19.09.2011 before Teacher General Counselling seeking permission to attend Teachers General Counselling to transfer to any one of the school in Tuticorin District. The said application was rejected stating that she has not enclosed Non Objection Certificate. Hence, the petitioner has sent a representation dated 10.08.2015 seeking Non Objection Certificate. There was no response. Therefore, the petitioner has sent another remainder on 21.01.2016. Till date, they have not passed any order.
4. Considering the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to send a fresh representation along with this order within a period of one week. On receipt of petitioner's representation, the respondents shall consider and dispose of the same on merits within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
