This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai, to expedite the trial and dispose of the case in C.C.No.111 of 2015. 2.The petitioners are arrayed as accused Nos.1 to 4 in C.C.No.111 of 2015, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai, for the offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 323 and 325 of the Indian Penal Code.
3.The grievance of the petitioners is that C.C.No.111 of 2015 is pending from the year 2015, there is no progress in the trial. Hence the petitioners seek for a direction to speedy disposal of the said case by the concerned Court.

2 Crl.O.P.(MD) No.11908 of 2019 4.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that already the trial has been commenced and the matter is posted on 09.09.2019 for examination of L.Ws.7, 10 and 11.
5.Considering the fact that already the trial has been commenced, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai, is directed to proceed with the trial in C.C.No.111 of 2015 and dispose of the same, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
